When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to request a showing or a bid strategy), we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the property you're asking about, your preferred showing time, how you plan to buy (owner-occupant or investor, financing type, pre-approval status) and any message you write. We also collect basic technical information such as the page you submitted the form from.
If you check the text-message consent box on our forms, we may send you text messages about HUD homes, showings and bid deadlines. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms & SMS Terms for details.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate our messaging and customer relationship tools (for example, our CRM and phone carrier), only so they can deliver messages on our behalf.

We keep your information as long as needed to help you with your home search and to meet legal and real estate recordkeeping requirements.
